To honor his legacy, Defected Records has released the previously unreleased Frankie Knuckles In The House DJ mix, available exclusively on Apple Music.
Compiled and mixed by Frankie Knuckles in 2011, the project was paused at his request due to health issues that limited his ability to fully promote it.
This soulful mix from the late club legend found a home at Apple Music as part of the Defected Presents… series and features music from Hardsoul, Finishing Touch, Deetron, and Knuckles himself for a total of 26 cuts.
In celebration of his life, and in support of the Frankie Knuckles Foundation’s work across LGBTQIA+ communities and AIDS prevention, this historic mix is finally available.
