What You Can Do
1) Organize drivers and match them with Dems who need rides to the polls. Elders and disabled voters, in particular, often need rides.
2) Volunteer to be a poll watcher to counter any attempts at intimidation, for both early and standard voting.
3) Urge your local police department to adequately secure the polls, especially in traditionally red districts. If the cops, themselves, tend to assist intimidation, let them know you will be watching (if that doesn’t endanger you or your family) and notify the FBI and nearest friendly news media to send observers.
4) Respond to local Letters to the Editor that favor Red and/or bash Blue, with simply-stated facts “correcting the record” with no vitriol.
